Deloitte & Touche LLP’s latest comprehensive calls analysis on behalf of BT has been completed based on average calling patterns of BT Business customers.

Deloitte & Touche has analysed data related to actual BT customer call bills. From this, the average spend profile of BT Business customers spending at least £10 per quarter has been determined and this profile has been used to compare against key competitors.
The competitor tariffs used in the study were provided and verified by Telegen UK. The competitors featured in this analysis are:
